The owners of this immaculate boutique B&B, spent more than 6 months in total redesigning and rebuilding this Cape may mansion, through their very own Interior Design and Build Firm “Evan James Interiors.” In addition to their own projects, the team has taken on scores of design projects throughout the East Coast. The firm places emphasis on designing spaces that reflect the owners personal and eclectic style.

Carrying through on the philosophy that design is dictated by how elements impact people visually and how people are affected by the functionally of a space, our design mantra is that there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to design, but there are synergies. And those synergies, when in concert, create harmonious and inviting spaces.
